When Rishi Kapoor And Neetu Advised Ranbir Kapoor About Love, Relationships And The Kind Of Girl They Wanted Him To Marry
Before Alia Bhatt came into Ranbir Kapoor's life, there was a time when Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor and mother Neetu Kapoor gave him some a piece of advice on love, relationships and also the kind of girl they wanted him to marry
One of the power couples in Bollywood Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been painting the town red with their romance in various public outings. Whenever the two are spotted together, they get their fans go crazy gushing over their love. In fact, the actress has also made a place for herself in the Kapoor family as she attended multiple Kapoor family get-togethers, confirming that she is very much a part of this family. After they made their relationship official, marriage rumours started floating in the air. There were several reports of them having a winter wedding while some even claimed that the actors were planning an intimate destination wedding.
However, before Alia Bhatt came into his life, there was a time when Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor and mother Neetu Kapoor gave him some advice on love and relationships and even revealed the kind of girl they wanted him to marry. While Rishi told his son to choose whoever he wanted but also making him aware of the future, Neetu enlightened her son with ‘two kinds of girls.’
The advice was given to Ranbir in an episode of Simi Garewal’s chat show where a nervous Ranbir was watching a video message from his parents. Rishi said, “Ranbir, my advice to you would be that you have to live your life and you have to live it with that soul mate. You have to be very careful because that person is going to be the mother of your children. Remember that their great grandfather will be Raj Kapoor and my grandson! So it is up to you to choose.”
Neetu, on the other hand, said to her son, “There are two kinds of girls. One who comes with scissors and one who comes with a needle. Scissors is the one who breaks the family and the one with the needle, mends the family together and makes sure the family is together. That’s the girl I would like.” ALSO READ: When Neetu Kapoor Advised Ranbir Kapoor To Live Alone And Experience Life Living By Himself
